Another example of an AI-based chat bot is a customer service chatbot, which can be used by businesses to provide instant support to customers. These chatbots can handle routine queries and provide relevant information, freeing up human customer service agents to focus on more complex issues.

The impact of AI-based chat bots on society can be both positive and negative. On the positive side, these systems can help to automate routine tasks, freeing up human workers to focus on more complex and creative work. They can also improve convenience and efficiency, by providing quick and easy access to information and services.

On the negative side, however, the use of AI-based chat bots can lead to job losses in certain industries, as machines take over some of the tasks previously performed by humans. Why The Limited Coverage?

There may not be any specific reason for the limited media coverage of AI-based conversation bots. It is possible that the topic simply hasn’t been widely covered by the media, or that it is not considered newsworthy by many journalists and news outlets.
